1. Product nature

The website www.kazkaland.com sells access to an information and software product — digital content, which is provided in electronic form with instant access immediately after payment.

2. Right to refuse

According to the legislation of Ukraine on consumer protection, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days not applicable to digital content, the provision of which began with the consent of the consumer. By paying for the product, the Buyer consents to the immediate provision of access and confirms that he loses the right of withdrawal after that.

3. Refund

Since access to the product is provided instantly and in full, the fees for the access provided not returning.

4. Exception

If access was not provided for technical reasons due to the Seller's fault and the problem could not be resolved, the Buyer has the right to a refund of the paid funds. The funds are returned to the same bank card from which the payment was made, within the period specified by the rules of the payment service.
