1. General provisions
This Policy describes how the website www.kazkaland.com (hereinafter referred to as the «Site», «we») collects, uses, stores and protects users« personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine »On Protection of Personal Data”. The owner of personal data is the owner of the Kazkaland website (www.kazkaland.com); its details are provided in the Public Offer.
2. What data do we collect?
- E-mail address — to send access to the purchased product and to log in to your personal account.
- Account details (if you register in the account): name or nickname, chosen avatar, history of your orders. The password is stored only in encrypted form - we do not see it.
- Login with Google (optional): We receive your email and name, which are provided by Google in accordance with Google's policies.
- Order data: rate, date, amount and payment status. We do not receive or store bank card details (see section 5).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies - for Site operation and analytics.
3. Children's data
Our products are designed for children, however an adult makes the account and purchase — parents or other legal representatives of the child. The contract is concluded with the adult.
We deliberately minimize children's data based on the principle of "privacy by design":
- the child's name and their game progress (e.g. for a diploma) are saved only in the device browser і are not transmitted to our servers or third parties;
- We do not create accounts for children, build their profiles, or show children advertising.
If a legal representative believes that we have accidentally obtained a child's data, please write to us and we will immediately delete it.
4. Purpose and grounds for processing
The data is processed for: providing access to the product and the work of the account; technical support; processing payments; improving and securing the operation of the Site. The legal grounds for processing are the performance of the contract with you, your consent and our legitimate interests (security and development of the service).
5. Payments
Payments are processed by the WayForPay service in compliance with the PCI DSS security standard. Full bank card details are transmitted directly to the payment provider, are not stored on the Site and are not available to us.
6. Transfer to third parties
We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by our service providers solely for the operation of the service:
- WayForPay — payment processing;
- Google — authentication via "Sign in with Google" (if you use it) and anonymized visit analytics;
- email service — to deliver letters to you.
And also in cases directly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
7. Storage and protection
The data is stored for no longer than is necessary for the stated purposes or required by law, and is protected by reasonable technical and organizational measures (including secure connections and password encryption).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct or delete it, to restrict processing and to withdraw previously given consent. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. To exercise your rights, write to us: hello.kazkaland@gmail.com.
9. Cookies
The Site uses cookies for proper operation and analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser settings or through the consent banner on the Site.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The most current version is always posted on this page with the date.
