«"Leader Ship" is 4 weeks during which a teenager will independently to understand what is most important: who he is, what is valuable to him, how to make decisions, how to speak in a way that makes him heard, how to work in a team, and how to achieve his goals.

Week 1 Leader vs Boss
«"Stress is born when you pour energy into something that not yours": will there be a test, what will others think. Strength is born when you focus on what is yours: how I learn, how I react to stress, who I trust.".
Week 2 · Control Zone
A tool that a child will take into adulthood — «"I-message"»: "I feel [emotion], when [situation], because [reason]. I would like to [offer]»". This way you can not be silent and not shout, but be heard.

What if my child is shy and doesn't like to perform?
This course is for those. All work is independent, at your own pace, without public performances or assessments. The final project can be chosen in the format of a personal video diary that you do not show to anyone.
How much time is needed per week?
Four short lessons per week, 20–30 minutes each. That is 40–60 minutes per week — the same as one episode of a TV series. The pace is relaxed: if a week falls short, it's okay.
Do I need to be with the child?
No. The course is designed for independent study. Progress is automatically saved in the browser. The child can return to the lesson at any time and continue where they left off.
What will the child get in the end?
One real-world product to choose from: a presentation called «My Leader’s Manifesto,» a video diary, or your own real-life mini-project (helping neighbors, a school club, an environmental initiative, etc.). It’s not just a certificate—it’s an experience that will stay with her.
