What paper should I use?
Regular A4 paper works for everything. For invitations, tags, toppers and cards, thicker paper (160-200 g/m2) is sturdier.

How do I make the banner?
Cut out the flags along the solid line, fold the top strip over a string or ribbon and glue it. Put the letters in order: HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
