Pre-Writing Lines 2: Loops and Steps
Trace it online with a finger or download the PDF and print it on A4.
Pre-writing patterns train the hand before the first letters: trace the gray sample and keep the line going without lifting the pencil. Print the page on A4 with the Download PDF button (there is a line for the name at the bottom), or trace it online on this page.
Frequently asked questions
How do I teach number writing step by step?
Trace one number per day: first with a finger on the sample, then with a pencil on the dotted line, then alone. Count the pictures out loud every time.
Can my child trace on a phone?
Yes. Each page works online: pick a color and draw over the dotted number with a finger. The progress stays in the browser.
