Not an ordinary one, but an underwater one. Instead of walls, there were delicate branches of coral, instead of desks, there were round shells, and instead of a bell, there was an old pearl shell that tinkled softly when the waves touched it.

Fish studied in this school. Twenty small fish, all different. They were golden, like the sun on the morning water. They were silver, like the moon in a quiet pond. They were red, like ripe viburnum berries. And they had fins-wings — wide and transparent, like the wings of a dragonfly.

The teacher was a dolphin. Her name was Laguna. Her voice was soft, like the sound of a wave crashing onto the sand. Her eyes were kind and wise. When she smiled, quiet ripples spread across the water, and all the fish smiled back.

"Good morning, my silver ones," Laguna said every day, swimming to the coral class. "Good morning, my gold ones. Good morning, my red ones.".

She greeted each fish individually. Because she believed in one simple rule: each fish is special. Little Sparkle blushed when she was called by name. Silver Ray proudly swam closer. And Goldfish, the smallest of all, hid behind her friend - she was shy, but inside she felt warm.

One morning, Sparkle picked up the float and asked:

"Laguna, why should we learn? We already know how to swim.".

The dolphin slowly waved her tail, and the water around her danced.

"You know how to swim, my little red one. But do you know where to swim?"

The fish fell silent. They hadn't thought about this yet.

"Today," said Laguna, "I'll tell you about currents. Because there are places in the ocean where the water runs fast, like a river. If you swim against it, you'll get tired. But if you surrender to it, it will carry you where you need to go.".

Laguna led them to the edge of the coral. There, behind the last branch, they could see the water stirring slightly—that was the current. Laguna carefully lowered her fin into it, and it drifted a little to the side.

"See?" she smiled. "Don't fight the current. Be friends with it. And it will become your path.".

The fish tried one after another. Sparkle was afraid at first - she cowered, holding her fins close to her body. But when she surrendered to the water, the water carried her quietly, like a cradle. Sparkle laughed so loudly that an old mussel on a nearby pebble stirred and smiled toothlessly.

The next day they taught about the stars. Not in the sky, but the ones inside themselves. The lagoon said: every fish has a little compass inside. If you listen to your heart, it will show you where to swim. And the next day, about algae: which ones you can nibble on and which ones are better to avoid. About shells - which are empty, and in which a sleepy snail lives, and it cannot be disturbed. About crabs - you shouldn't be afraid of them, but you shouldn't touch their claws either.

And a week later - about sharks. Sparkle got scared. Silver Ray hid his nose under a pebble.

"Don't be afraid," Laguna said softly. "I don't want to scare you. I want you to know. Because whoever knows where a shark is hiding can get around it. Sharks like deep, dark crevices. They don't like light. If you stay close to the sun's rays, you'll be safe.".

“And if you do meet her?” squeaked Zolotinka.

"Then take your time. Breathe. Think. Hide in the coral - it's narrow there, the shark won't get through. Knowledge is the best defense, my little ones. He who knows the ocean will not get lost in it.".

The fish listened and absorbed every word like a sponge absorbs water.

Months passed. Then years. Five years, like one breath. The fish grew up. Sparkle became bright, bright, like a real morning star. Silver Ray learned to catch the sun's reflections and let them "bunnies" fly across the water. And little Goldfish no longer hid behind her friend - she was the first to swim to the Lagoon and bring her beautiful pebbles.

They already knew where the kindest mussels lived, who willingly shared pearls. They knew in which coral the old octopus slept, who loved to be sung lullabies. They knew at what depths the water became cold and it was necessary to return to the sun. They knew how to smell the water to sense that a storm was coming.

And now graduation day has arrived.

Laguna gathered everyone around the old pearl shell. Her eyes were shining, whether from the water or from something else warm.

"My dears," she said quietly. "Today you are going out into the open sea. I will no longer be able to swim alongside you. But everything I knew, I gave to you. Now it is with you. In your fins, in your little eyes, in your little hearts.".

The fish were silent. Their fins trembled slightly.

— Remember, — added Laguna. — Don't fight the current. Listen to your heart. Stay on the sunny side. And if you meet a little fish that is just learning, — give it a fin. Because knowledge that you don't share — goes out like a candle underwater.

She hugged each one in turn. Sparkle the longest. And when they swam into the vastness of the blue sea, Laguna stood still for a long time and watched them go.

Years passed. All twenty fish grew wise, skillful, and fearless. Many of them became teachers themselves—they founded little schools in their bays, and there now swam new little golden, silver, and red ones.

And the underwater world has become a little safer. And a little kinder. Because where someone teaches and someone listens, the ocean will always be friendly.

And if ever, while swimming in deep water, you meet a fish that slowly waves its fin and smiles at you, know that it may be a student of the Lagoon. And it will help you too.

✨ Knowledge is the best defense: he who understands the world will not get lost in it ✨

На дні теплого моря, поміж коралами і водоростями, жила маленька школа для рибок. Учителька-дельфін Лагуна вчила малечу не тільки плавати, а й розуміти океан — щоб ніколи в ньому не загубитись.

[17
20
23,25,31
post-1083","kazka","type-kazka","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","kategoriya-kazky-more-mandry","vik-vik-5-plus","zhanr-23","zhanr-25","zhanr-31
"image_1_prompt":"children book illustration, soft watercolor, ocean sea, underwater school for fish with dolphin teacher","image_2_url":"https://www.kazkaland.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/pidvodna-shkola-2.jpg","image_2_prompt":"children book illustration, soft watercolor, ocean adventure, twenty small colorful fish students in coral classroom with gentle dolphin teacher, sunbeams through water
["GET
